Introduction

In this article, we would like to share one of our recent success stories: the project we conducted for Check-Points, a pioneer in innovative DNA testing methods for fast, reliable and easy-to-use molecular diagnostic solutions. Their technology makes it possible to detect salmonella, among other things.

Project objectives

For Check-Points, the goal was to develop a software solution that helps lab technicians prepare samples for processing in cyclers and generate reports of DNA markers of salmonella genotypes. In addition, the software needed to integrate seamlessly with Ugentec Fast Finder, an AI-driven platform that uses cycler output to detect DNA markers.

Results

Through our partnership with Check-Points, we were able to provide a user-friendly and efficient software solution that streamlines the sample preparation process and reporting of DNA markers of salmonella genotypes. This has resulted in time savings for lab technicians, faster diagnostic results and an improvement in overall service quality.

In addition, seamless integration with Fast Finder is an important aspect of the software, allowing Check-Points to take advantage of the power of AI to detect DNA markers even more accurately and quickly.

Our approach
